SEARCH WARRANT NETS DRUGS, CASH, GUN IN LAGRANGE

  

A search warrant executed on a residence in LaGrange netted illegal drugs, a hand gun and cash.  Fayette County Sheriff Keith Korenek reports that after several months of investigation into narcotic trafficking a search warrant was executed today (Thursday) at a residence on East Camp Street in LaGrange. The Fayette County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit, with assistance from LaGrange Police Department and Fayette County EMS, executed the search warrant this (Thursday) morning.  Once Deputies gained entry into the residence and executed the warrant they located Cocaine, Marijuana, a hand gun, and currency.  Kervin Ray Johnson, 46 of La Grange was arrested on Possession of a Controlled Substance (Drug Free Zone), Possession of Marijuana (Drug Free Zone), and Felon in Possession of a Firearm.  Johnson was transported to theFayette County Jail.
