SEVEN INDICTED IN WASHINGTON CO. GRAND JURY THIS WEEK
A Brenham man has been indicted after allegedly stabbing his son.
65-year old Michael McReynolds was arrested back in November after an argument with his son turned violent.
McReynolds is charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
Also indicted by the 21st Grand Jury this week:
46-year old Toby Eugene Rogers of Brenham for Theft between $1500 andf $20,000.
Rogers was arrested back in September for allegedly stealing a Dodge truck and truck lift, among other items.
Also indicted were:
30-year old Arturo Rodriguez and 20-year old Xavier Taylor, both of Brenham on separate charges of Evading arrest with a vehicle.
36-year old Mark Anthony Farmer for Delivery of a Controlled Substance.
And, 52-year old Zoraida Carter and 56-year old Robert Vernon Harris, both of Brenham on separate counts of Credit/Debit card abuse.
Indicted in earlier sessions of the Grand Jury were:
37-year old Tracey Heard of Brenham on two counts of Forgery.
20-year old La’Precious Mitchell of Alleyton, Texas for Injury to a Disabled Individual.
And, 29-year old Natasha Johnson of Columbus, also for Injury to a Disabled Individual.
