SIX INDICTED IN AUSTIN COUNTY
Six people have been indicted in the latest edition of the Austin County Grand Jury.
33-year old James William Barnett was indicted on a charge of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.
52-year old Donald Ray Zaskoda was indicted on a charge of Felony Third Offense Driving While Intoxicated with an Open Container.
Three people were indicted on separate charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance: 25-year old Andrew Michael Garcia, 32-yer old Kenneth Allan Louviere and 30-year old Michael Scarberry.
And, 24-year old Eduardo Rodriguez was indicted on a charge of Possession of Marijuana.
