SIX SENTENCED IN 21ST JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT

  

A Brenham man has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for Delivery of a Controlled Substance- a second degree felony.

28-year-old James Edward Pennygraph III was sentenced in the 21st District Court after pleading guilty to Delivery of a Controlled Substance, stemming from a September 2015 offense.

Also in the 21st District Court:

18-year-old Billy Ray Dixon Jr. was sentenced to 10 years in prison for three separate counts of Burglary of Habitation- a second degree felony.

36-year-old Richard Leland Owens, of Hockley, had his probation adjudicated and was sentenced to 5 years in prison for Possession of a Controlled Substance- a third degree felony. Owens must also pay a $550 fine.

29-year-old Ashley Marie Martinez, of Brenham, was sentenced to 8 years deferred adjudication probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance. Martinez must also pay a $1,500 fine, perform 300 hours community service, and submit to drug/alcohol evaluation and treatment. Martinez was also sentenced to 4 years deferred adjudicated probation on 2 counts of Abandoning/Endangering a Child.

23-year-old Kendra Michelle Cloud, of Sealy, was sentenced to 4 years deferred adjudication probation for Evading Arrest Detention with a Vehicle- a third degree felony. Cloud must also pay a $1,500 fine, participate in 150 hours community service and submit to drug/alcohol evaluation and treatment.

18-year-old Devin Marques Campbell, of Sealy, was sentenced to 6 years deferred adjudication probation for Assault Family Member Impede Breath/Circulation- a third degree felony. Campbell must also pay a $2,000 fine, perform 300 hours community service, spend 30 days in the Washington County Jail as a condition of probation, and partake in a Batterers Intervention program. Campbell must also pay a $100 family violence fee.
