SIX SIGMA NU FRATERNITY MEMBERS INDICTED ON DRUG CHARGES

Six members of the Sigma Nu fraternity at Texas A&M were indicted on drug charges Thursday by a Brazos County Grand Jury.

The men were initially arrested after the death investigation of fellow Texas A&M student, Anton Gridnev.

Samuel Crawford Patterson, 21, was indicted on three manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance charges and two possession charges. Aaron Douglas Spring, 20, Cole Chase Teel-Jongebloed, 20, Andrew Davis Hyman, 21,  Alexander Hadden Statler, 22, and Michael Frymire, 20, were all indicted on state jail felony possession of a controlled substance charges.

Anton Gridnev was found unconscious and unresponsive by First Responders at the Sigma Nu house on August 20th, after police say fraternity members waited 31 minutes to call 911. An autopsy report determined Gridnev died of an accidental drug overdose.
