SNOOK ISD CHANGES BUS ROUTE DUE TO ROAD REPAIRS

  

A new bus route began yesterday (Monday) for Snook ISD due to road repairs leaving a bus unable to drive its usual route.

FM 1361 has been closed for an undetermined amount of time at Pin Oak Drive for road repairs; therefore, Snook ISD will change the Deer Forest route – Bus 18, until further notice.

Students on this route should allow extra time for travel to and from school. Bus 18 will travel down Hwy 60, to Hwy 36, through Somerville to FM 1361 to get to the students near Deer Forest, and Oak Hill Dr.  Since this detour will be time consuming, the students on CR 270, 201 and 269 will be added to the Snook Route – Bus 19. The bus will pick these students up approximately 10 minutes earlier than their normal pick up time.
