SOMERVILLE MAKING HOMECOMING PLANS
Somerville High School is making plans to celebrate homecoming on the weekend of September 15th when the Yegua’s host Texas Wind High School.
The Somerville Ex-Students Association has organized a homecoming dinner on Friday, September 15th at 5:30 p.m. at Mantey’s Country, hosted by the Rotary Club. The Somerville High class of 1967 will be recognized at the football game that evening. Saturday activities include a coffee and lunch at the Yegua Center, where Mrs. Marilyn Welch and Kermit Lee Harper will be inducted into the Ex-Students Hall of Fame. The six surviving members of the class of 1947 will also be honored. The homecoming parade will take place Saturday morning at 11.
