SOMERVILLE MAN ARRESTED AFTER BRIEF STANDOFF

  

A Somerville man has been arrested after a brief standoff at a home Wednesday.

Jonathan Arredondo was put on Brazos County's Most Wanted fugitive list Tuesday on a motion to revoke probation for Aggravated Assault with Bodily Injury.

Wednesday, Brazos County Constables responded to a home on 3rd Street and Avenue I to serve a warrant.
Arredondo was wanted felony aggravated assault bodily injury.

According to Somerville Police, Arredondo was inside of the home with his girlfriend.

He initially refused to come outside and police say the girlfriend came out first.

After a brief standoff, Arredondo surrendered and was taken into custody.
