SOMERVILLE WOMAN GETS 10-YEAR PRISON SENTENCE

  

6 sentenced verticalA Somerville woman has been sentenced to 10 years in prison after her conviction for felony theft.

30-year old Tiffany Schroeder was sentenced by Judge Carson Campbell in 21st District Court for Theft between $1500-and-$20,000—a third degree felony.

Schroeder also had her probation revoked on a 2013 conviction for Tampering with Physical Evidence and was sentenced to five years on that charge, which involved the theft of copper wire.

She was also sentenced to 112 days in Washington County jail on a State Jail Felony Theft charge.

Also sentenced in court this week:

21-year old Terrance Anders and 20-year old Kirkdrick Austin, both of Houston, were sentenced to four years in prison for a charge of Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity.  They were each also sentenced to 127 days in jail for Burglary of a Building.

39-year old Michael Lamont Webb of Brenham was sentenced to four years in prison for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender—enhanced to a third degree felony.

29-year old James Clinton Holland of Brenham had his probation revoked for a 2011 charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Holland was sentenced to 11 months in jail fired $1000.

36-year old Dwyane Michael McNeil of Brenham was sentenced to 180 days in jail for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender—a State Jail Felony.

And, 43-year old Toni Melton was placed on four years probation and fined $1500 for Possession of a Controlled Substance in a Drug-Free Zone.
