SOUTH CENTRAL BUNCH RANCH RODEO KICKS OFF
The 3rd annual South Central Bunch Ranch Rodeo kicks off today (Friday) and continues through tomorrow (Saturday) at the Lightsey (Light-see) Arena at the Burleson County Fairgrounds in Caldwell.
The South Central Bunch is an AFCC Ranch Rodeo qualifier by a group of eleven cowboy churches in the area. Family night begins at 7:00pm this evening (Friday) and features activities such as pony rides, boot pulling, and a goat and pig scramble.
Saturday’s rodeo starts at 10:00am and includes randing, mugging, and a pony buck out. Admission for the rodeo is free!
There will also be a church wagon cook-off with chicken fried steak, sides, and dessert for $10.
The Ranch Rodeo will have tons of live music including Jeff Gore and The Amazing Grace Cowboy Band.
