SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS COW-CALF CLINIC HAPPENING TODAY

  

The 45th annual South Central Texas Cow-Calf Clinic is happening today (Friday) in Brenham.

The clinic will feature live cattle demonstrations, calving season recommendations, proper chute-side methods and other presentations.

Two continuing education units will be offered: one integrated pest management and one general to Texas Department of Agriculture pesticide applicators license holders. Beef Quality Assurance credits will also be available for specific presentations.

Participants who register and attend the full day of programming can enter to win a free heifer, sponsored by the Washington County Beef and Forage Committee and Texas Farm Credit.
