SPECIAL PROGRAMS TO AIR CHRISTMAS EVE AND CHRISTMAS DAY ON KWHI

  

KWHI continues is long tradition of special programming Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

The programs begin at 9:35 Wednesday morning with the Giddings Band Concert.

That will be followed by:

The Somerville Band Concert, sponsored by Citizens State Bank at 10:05

The Bellville Band Concert, sponsored by First National Bank of Bellville at 10:35.

The Caldwell Band Concert, sponsored by Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home at 11:05.

And at 11:35 the Brenham Middle School and Junior High Band Concert will air, sponsored by Colwell’s Chem Dry.

The Christmas music will resume at 4:05 with the Blinn Band Concert, sponsored by Brenham Monument Company and Gus Mutscher.

The Brenham Banner Press program is at 4:30.

And the day’s Christmas programs will conclude with the St. Peter’s Episcopal Church’s “Messiah” at 5:30.

Programming with resume at 8:05 Thursday morning with First Baptist Church of Brenham’s Worship Choir & Orchestra, sponsored by Hermann Furniture Company.

At 9:00, the live service at St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church will be broadcast, sponsored by Bluebonnet Petroleum and St. Paul’s.

That will be followed by:

The St. Paul’s Christian Day School Program, sponsored by Kolkhorst Petroleum, Computer Helper, Kohring Monument and Hermann International.

The St. John’s United Church of Christ Program sponsored by Burton State Bank and St. John’s at 11:05.

The St. Mary’s Catholic Church Christmas message sponsored by the Knights of Columbus Hall, Kenjura Tile & Carpet and AMA Home Care.

The Brenham High School Band concert, sponsored by Bank of Brenham airs at 12:35.

The Brenham Schools Combined Choir Program, sponsored by Spiess Insurance and Central Vision Quest at 1:05.

The First United Methodist Church Adult Program sponsored by Donald & Gwen Spiess and First United at 1:30.

The Grace Lutheran Church Program, sponsored by AMA Home Care and Fischer Tile at 2:05.

And the programming will conclude Thursday afternoon at 3:05 with “Gloria” presented by the combined choirs of St. Peter’s Episcopal and St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran churches, sponsored by Harvey’s Water Wells.

In addition to KWHI’s extensive Christmas Programming, our sister station KTEX-106 will have 32 hours of continuous Christmas music from 10:00 Wednesday morning to 6:00 Thursday night.
