SPRING MAN FACES DRUG CHARGES AFTER BRENHAM TRAFFIC STOP
A Spring man faces numerous charges after a traffic stop in Brenham, Saturday morning.
Just before 9:30, Sgt. Seth Klehm was notified by Dispatch of a reckless driver entering the city limits. Klehm was located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of FM 389 and US 290.
When he approached the vehicle, Klehm says he could smell the strong odor of marijuana.
During a probable cause search, marijuana, cocaine, methamphetamines and prescription medicine were all found in the vehicle.
25-year old Robert Scott Polcyn, is charged with three counts of Possession of a controlled substance and one count of Possession of marijuana.
