STOLEN CAR FOUND IN BRENHAM

  

Brenham Police are investigating a stolen vehicle.

Tuesday morning, Cpl. Jared Campbell was called to the 300 block of S. Market in reference to a stolen vehicle.

The caller said sometime over the past two days, someone had stolen a car from his repair lot. The car was being worked on, and had been there for approximately one week.  The caller said the car was locked.

The owner of the vehicle called and said he found the car in a ditch near the 1800 block of HWY 105.

A resident in that area said two juvenile males had come to her house the night before asking for help, saying their vehicle was in the ditch. When she contacted law enforcement, the juveniles fled on foot.

The case is under investigation
