SUDDENLINK TV LINEUP CHANGING IN NOVEMBER

  

Changes are coming next month to the channel lineup of customers of Suddenlink Communications in Brenham.

In letters sent to customers of Suddenlink’s Brenham system, the company announces that they are transitioning to all-digital TV on November 8th. On that date, all of the channels will only be available in HD, so any customers with TV’s not using a set-top box will need to get one.  Suddenlink says Brenham customers can get the new HD DigitaLink set-top boxes three ways.  You can order them online at www.suddenlink.com/betterhelp and have them shipped to your home.  You can pick them up at your nearest local Suddenlink store, which is at 4114 East 29th Street in Bryan.  Or you can call Suddenlink customer service at 844-790-7477 and someone will deliver them to your home.

As part of going all digital, the channel lineup in Brenham will make a dramatic shift on November 8th.  All of the analog channels will disappear, and the HD channels will be grouped by genre…such as putting all of the sports channels together.  Suddenlink says these changes are part of a nationwide $230 million investment to transition to all-digital TV and to deliver faster internet.
