SUSPECT ARRESTED IN LOCAL VEHICLE THEFT
Brenham Police are investigating a stolen vehicle and a motor vehicle burglary.
Tuesday morning, just after 11:30, Officer Jose Perez responded to the 2400 block of Stone Hollow Dr. in reference to a stolen vehicle.
The caller said someone had stolen his Ford F-250.
After leaving the scene, Perez was notified by Dispatch that a second vehicle in the same area had been burglarized.
The stolen vehicle was later recovered in Houston and a suspect was in custody.
The incident remains under investigation.
