A man arrested in a Caldwell police standoff in January, has been indicted on murder charges in Brazos County.
Frankie Lee Bell, Jr. is facing two counts of capital murder and two counts of aggravated robbery.
Bell is the suspect in a double homicide that took place in Bryan's Castle Heights neighborhood last October.
Bell was involved in a standoff at a home on Alligator Street in Caldwell, in January. He eventually surrendered to police. He had been on the run for almost four months.
Police say Bell is one of at least three masked persons entering the home of Terant and Dominque Franklin on October 3, allegedly in search of money and drugs.
Two adults were shot and killed. A third person was injured and a fourth victim escaped with two children.
