TEN PERSONS PLEAD GUILTY TO FELONY OFFENSES IN DISTRICT COURT
Ten Person plead guilty to felony offenses and received terms ranging from probation to prison terms in the 21st Judicial District Court, with Judge Carson Campbell presiding.
Vincent Thomas, Age 29, of Hempstead, charged with Forgery of Government Instrument/Money, from May 2, 2015, was sentenced to four years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice and to pay court cost.
Scott Sparkman, Age 34, of Houston, charged with Burglary of a Building from May 15, 2014, and was sentenced to 2 ½ years in the TDCJ, court cost, and %5,630 restitution.
Sparkman was also charged with Theft $1500-$20,000 from May 15, 2014, and was sentenced to 184 days in the TDCJ, court cost, and $4,500 restitution.

William Matthew Murski, Age 46, of Brenham, charged with Theft of Property $1500-$20,000, from November 11, 2011, and had his probation revoked and sentenced to 18 months in the TDCJ, $2,500 fine, court cost, court-appointed attorney fee, and $725 restitution.
Juan Valorias Mesa, Age 43, of Houston, charged with Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity, from May 17, 2014, and was sentenced to eight years deferred adjudication probation, court cost, $6,899.89 restitution, $50 Crime Stoppers Fee, $50 warrant fee, 400 hours community service restitution, drug/alcohol evaluation and treatment, and provide DNA and urinalysis sample.
Jerid Atwood Johnson, Age 24, of Kay, charged with Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity from November 27, 2013, and was sentenced to six years deferred adjudication probation, $2,000 fine, court cost, court appointed attorney fee, $50 Crime Stoppers fee, 240 hours of community Serve, drug and alcohol evaluation and treatment and provide DNA and urinalysis samples.
Adrian Gutierrez, Age 24, of Brenham, charged with continuous Violence Against the Family, from October 12, 2014, and was sentenced to ten years in the TDCJ, probated for five years, a $2,500 fine, court cost, $500 Crime Stoppers fee, $100 family violence fee, Victim Impact Panel, 300 hours of community service restitution and provide DNA and urinalysis samples.
Art Musgrove, Age 23, of Waller, charged with Theft $20,000-$100,000 from Aril 8, 2015, and was sentenced to five years deferred adjudication probation, $1,500 fine, court cost, $50.00 Crime Stoppers Fee, drug and alcohol evaluation and treatment, 200 hours community service and provide DNA and urinalysis samples.
Joe Willie Cole, Age 44, of Brenham, charged with Delivery Controlled Substance from December 10, 2012, was sentenced to eight years in the TDCJ and to pay court cost.
Cole was also charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance from August 4, 2014, and was sentenced to two years in the TDCJ, court cost, and a $180 lab fee.
Diane Augustine Oneill, Age 30 of Chappell Hill, charged with Delivery of a Controlled Substance from December 5, 2014, and December 19, 2014 and was sentenced to six years in the TDCJ, court cost, and $180 lab fee.
Jeffery Scott Spivey, Age 47, of Brenham, charged with Driving While Intoxicated from September 15, 2012, and had his probation revoked and sentenced to five years in the TDCJ
