TEN PLEAD GUILTY TO FELONY CASES IN 21ST JUDICIAL COURT

  

Ten person plead guilty to felony cases on Thursday in the 21st Judicial District Court, according to Julie Renken, District Attorney. The cases were heard by Judge Carson Campbell.

The following cases were not Plea Bargain Agreements.

Anthony Lee Vela, age 26, of Brenham, was found guilty of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver from October 6, 2009, and has his probation revoked and was sentenced by the court to three years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, and a $1770 fine.

Dylan Vasquez, age 19, of Brenham, plead guilty to Delivery of Marijuana from May 28, 2015 and Delivery of Marijuana from May 28, 2015 and was sentenced by the Court to two years in the TDCJ, $1000 fine.

Amy Renae Ragston, age 30, of Brenham, was found guilty of Driving While Intoxicated with a Child under 15, and was sentenced by the Court to 180 days in the TDCJ and court cost.

Ragston was also charged with Intoxication Assault with a Vehicle causing Serious Bodily Injury from January 11, 2015 and was sentenced by the court to ten years in the TDCJ, probated for ten years, and court cost, DWI intervention class and others stipulations of the court.

Louis Parker Farmer, age 54 of Brenham, was found guilty of Possession of a Controlled Substance was sentenced by the court to Probation adjudication and sentenced to three years in the TDCJ, and a $1473 fine and court appointed attorney fee.

Virginia Ann Savidge, age 41 of McKinney, was found guilty of Driving Intoxicated, Third Offense, from June 23, 2013 and had her probation revoked and was sentenced by the court to three years in the TDCJ, $1500 fine, and court cost.

Coma Lee Bradley, age 26 of Old Washington, was found guilty of Possession of a Controlled Substance from September 20,2011, and had her probation revoked and was sentenced to 18 months in the TDCJ, court cost and Court-appointed attorney fee.

Jacqlyn Estella, age 32 of Spring, was found guilty of Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle from October 29, 2013 and had her probation revoked and was sentenced to ten months in the TDCJ, court cost, court appointed attorney fee, and a $1000 fine.

Tiffani Woods, age 35 of Killeen, was found guilty of Unauthrized Use of A Motor Vehicle from July 5, 015 and was sentenced by the court to six months in the TDCJ and court cose.

Warden James Jackson, Jr, age 26, of Brenham, was found guilty of Theft from Person from May 22, 2014 and was sentenced by the court to six months in the TDCJ and court cost.

Jacqueline Patterson, age 22 of Brenham, was found guilty of Theft $1500-$20,000 from August 4, 2014 and was sentenced by the court to four years deferred adjudication probation, court cost and court appointed attorney fee.

Patterson was also found guilty of Forgery from October 19, 2014, and was sentenced by the court to four years deferred adjudication probation, court cost, court appointed attorney fee, 160 hours of community serviced and provide DNA and urinalysis samples.
