TEXAS RANGER DAY THIS SATURDAY IN BURTON

  

The 7th annual Texas Ranger Day is happening this Saturday in Burton.

The event is the Burton Heritage Society’s biggest fundraiser of the year. Stephanie Jarvis, secretary for Burton Heritage Society, says they will have live re-enactments, tours of the historic railroad depot, and more:

The Burton Heritage Society was organized to preserve and share the history of the community. Jarvis says the money raised from this event will go to restoring the oldest church structure in Burton:

Texas Ranger Day is happening from noon until 5 p.m. in downtown Burton. Admission to the event is free. Tickets for all you can eat fajitas and beans are $10 for adults and $5 for kids 5-10.
