TEXAS TOP 10 WANTED FUGITIVE CAPTURED IN BRYAN

  

One of Texas’ top 10 most wanted fugitives was captured in Bryan on Wednesday.

32-year-old Michael Christopher Sanchez was taken into custody after a traffic stop near the DPS office in Bryan.

Sanchez was a passenger of the vehicle stopped by authorities. He reportedly fled from the vehicle on foot, but was soon arrested by state troopers and Bryan police.

Authorities say Sanchez is a member of a criminal gang and has been wanted since September 2015 for engaging in criminal activity and violating his parole.

He was placed on the state’s 10 Most Wanted List on February 15th.
