THEFT & BURGLARY CASES UNDER INVESTIGATION

  

Brenham Police are investigating a theft and two burglaries from over the weekend.

Friday at 12:00 noon, Officer Jonathan Phipps met with a complainant in the lobby at the Brenham Police Department in reference to a theft.

The man said a tarp valued at $800 was stolen off his trailer sometime between May 15 and 18th.

 

Saturday morning around 9:00, Officer Mark Pierce, along with Cpl. Jared Campbell and Officer Terrance Johnson responded to the 400 block of W. Vulcan St. in reference to a burglary.

The caller said sometime during the night, someone had stolen a lap top computer, two gaming controllers and $350 in cash.

 

Sunday morning, just after 2:00, Sgt. Jason Derrick responded to the 2400 block of Chappell Hill Street in reference to a burglary.

The caller said he and his girlfriend had left home and upon returning, found two televisions and an Xbox gaming system stolen.

The televisions were valued at $300.

 

All three cases remain under investigation.
