THREE ARRESTED BY BRENHAM POLICE
Three people face possession charges after their arrests by Brenham Police, Wednesday.
Around noon, Officer Jonathan Phipps conducted a traffic stop in the 1800 block of Highway 290 West.
During the stop, Phipps arrested 24-year old Phillip Andres Brock of Austin.
Brock was found with some illegal prescription medication.
Brock is charged with Possession of a dangerous drug.
About a half-hour earlier, Cpl. Tommy Kurie conducted a traffic stop in the 800 block of Highway 290 East.
Charged with Possession of marijuana are, 20-year old Rebekah Anna Mize of San Antonio and 20-year old Argentina Lugo Bowles of Helotes.
Both admitted to having marijuana in the car.
