THREE ARRESTED ON LOCAL WARRANTS
Three Brenham residents were taken into custody over the weekend in separate cases involving outstanding warrants.
Friday morning at around 9:30, Corporal David Dudenhoeffer says he spotted 23-year old Megan Gandy of Brenham who he knew to have an active warrant for her arrest.
Gandy was arrested for the two active warrants which were for Criminal Trespass, and Assault Causes Bodily Injury.
Gandy was taken to the Washington County Jail where she was booked.
Sunday afternoon, Cpl. Tommy Kurie responded to the 200 block of U.S. Highway 290 East in reference to a theft.
The two suspects left the scene but their vehicle was stopped in the 500 block of U.S. Highway 290 East.
Communications advised that 21-year old Brandon Reeves and 19-year old Hunter Gessner, both of Brenham, had outstanding warrants for their arrests.
Reeves was wanted on a warrant for Assault Causing Bodily Injury and Gessner was wanted on a Traffic Warrant.
Both were arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail.
Awesome job by two of our very best police officers. Great job Cpl. David and Tommy.
