THREE BRENHAM TEENS ARRESTED

  

Three Brenham teens have been arrested in connection with an attempted burglary.

Josey James Rogers, Billy Dixon and Christopher Stefanik – all 17 and all from Brenham, were arrested early this (Tuesday) morning in the 700 block of Sycamore.

Brenham Police Officer Ashley Burns was called to the 700 block of Sycamore, where the caller said he had been awakened by the sound of someone banging on his back door.

The man says the suspect kicked in the door but ran off when he saw the man.

As Burns and Sgt. Seth Klehm were investigating the incident Rogers walked up and stated he had kicked the door to “scare” the caller.

Rogers is charged with Attempted burglary.  Dixon and Stefanik were each charged with Criminal trespass.

Authorities say additional charges are possible.
