TOP-10 FUGITIVE ARRESTED IN KENTUCKY

A Texas Top 10 Most Wanted fugitive has been arrested in Kentucky.
35-year old Herman Henry Fox, the first person to ever be charged with human trafficking in Brazos County, was captured and taken into custody in Kentucky on Monday afternoon.
Fox has been wanted since July, after failing to appear in a Brazos County court on charges of Trafficking and Compelling Prostitution by Force.
In August of 2016, Fox was arrested on drug charges near a hotel in College Station. Authorities contend Fox had also been forcing a woman into prostitution.
Fox was being held in the Brazos County Jail but fled the state after he bonded out.
