TWO ARRESTED IN BURLESON CO. IN STOLEN CAR
Two people from Dime Box are behind bars after their arrests in Burleson County.
Bryan Police say they followed a car Wednesday morning that had been reported stolen out of Conroe.
The Ford Taurus was eventually pulled over on Highway 21 just across the Brazos River in Burleson County.
Two people in the car, 31-year old Steven Burns and 32-year old Michelda Burns of Dime Box, were taken into custody without incident.
Bryan Police say the two had borrowed the car from a car dealership in Conroe, then hadn’t returned the vehicle.
Steven Burns was arrested for unauthorized use of a vehicle and for driving with license invalid. Michelda Burns was arrested for outstanding warrants.
