TWO ARRESTED ON WASHINGTON CO. WARRANTS
The Washington County Sheriff’s Office reports two arrests on outstanding warrants.
Authorities say Justin Fuchs , who was on Brenham’s Most Wanted list, turned himself in at the Washington County Jail, Thursday morning.
Fuchs was indicted in December on two counts of Aggravated Assault with a deadly weapon – family violence.
Investigator Sergeant Eddie Ocanas located Fuchs in Louisiana. Through legal counsel, Fuchs agreed to travel from Louisiana to Brenham and turn himself in on the indictments. Fuchs was booked into the Washington Co Jail.
Also, at approximately 5:00 pm Friday, Deputies arrested Avery Lenell Burns in the 12275 block of State Highway 36 North.
Burns was wanted for: three counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, and Failure to register as a Sex Offender out of Dallas County.
Burns also had methamphetamine hidden inside a pair of shorts that he was wearing under another set of pants. He was charged with Bringing Contraband into a Correctional facility.
