TWO BRENHAM LOCATIONS NOMINATED FOR ‘DOWNTOWN’ AWARDS
Two Brenham locations have been named finalists for Texas Downtown Association President’s Awards.
Puppy Dawgs and Cat Tails is a finalist in the Best Commercial Interior, while the Barnhill Center at Historic Simon Theatre is a finalist in the Best Renovation/Rehabilitation.
The awards recognize outstanding projects, places and people of Texas downtowns.
A total of 115 entries were submitted in 12 different categories from communities across the state.
Winners will be announced Nov. 8 at the President’s Awards Gala being held in conjunction with the 2017 Texas Downtown Conference in McKinney.
