TWO BRENHAM MEN CHARGED WITH AGGRAVATED ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON

  

Two Brenham men have been arrested after an altercation involving air soft guns early Saturday morning.

At 12:38 a.m., Brenham police responded the 700 block of Pecan Street in reference to a weapons call. When they arrived, they saw two men pointing handguns at four men in a truck. All subjects at the scene were ordered by police to get down on the ground.

During an investigation, the police found that the men in the truck had stopped their vehicle to try and find the correct address for a residence when the altercation occurred.

The handguns were later determined to be air soft guns. William Bruce Guedry, 39,  and Jakob Alexander Jaster, 22, were both charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
