TWO KILLED IN ROBERTSON CO. CRASH
Two people are dead following a two-vehicle collision in Robertson County.
DPS Troopers say the driver of a car attempted to make a U-turn in front of a semi-truck on Highway 79 about four miles southwest of Hearne.
The driver of the car, 29-year old Gerald Steward-Dykes of Milano, and a passenger, 8-year old Jaylon Dykes also of Milano, were both pronounced dead at the scene.
A passenger in the car, 23-year old Torilynn Thomas of Bryan, is hospitalized in critical condition.
The driver of the truck, 34-year-old Brian Ritter of Bremond, was not injured.
Troopers say the truck belongs to Sanderson Farms.
