TWO LOCAL MEN ARRESTED WEDNESDAY AFTER SEARCH WARRANT

  

Two local men have been arrested after a search warrant was executed Wednesday.  Washington County Sheriff’s Office investigators and special response team executed a search and arrest warrant at a residence on Lillie Lange Road at 7AM Wednesday.  The Brenham Police Department, Texas Department of Public Safety, and Washington County EMS assisted as well.  Once inside the residence, officers located Thomas Luna; 49, who was wanted on a felony warrant.  A second male subject there was identified as 25 year old Jamichael Travon Seals; 25.  Both are residents of Washington County.

During the search of the residence, officers found methamphetamines along with drug paraphernalia which were taken into evidence.  Two firearms were seized in addition to the narcotics.

Seals and Luna were taken into custody and transported to the Washington County Jail.  Seals was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, a state jail felony, and was released on a $10,000.00 bond.  Luna is being held for Unlawfully Carrying a Weapon by a Felon and Manufacturing and Delivery of a Controlled Substance which is a first degree felony.  Luna, who has an extensive criminal history and is currently on parole, remains in custody with bonds totaling $175,000.00.
