TWO LOCAL MEN CHARGED WITH FORGERY

  

Two Washington County men have been charged with forgery after their arrests by sheriff’s deputies.

28-year old Roderick Nolan and 29-year old Brandon Andrews, both of Old Washington, are each charged with a third-degree felony Forgery Against an Elderly Individual.

Back on April 30th, the Sheriff’s Office received a report of a forgery against an elderly individual.  Upon further investigation, it was learned that one of the checks in question had been cashed at a bank in College Station.

Investigators checked the bank’s security footage and identified the suspects as Nolan and Andrews.

Nolan is currently incarcerated in the Brazos County Jail on unrelated charges.  Andrews pled guilty and received six years’ probation
