TWO PEOPLE SENTENCED IN DISTRICT COURT
Two people plead guilty in District Court this week and were sentenced by Judge Reva Towslee Corbett.
Yolanda Necole Cooks, 51 of Brenham, was sentenced to 4 years deferred adjudication probation for Credit Card Abuse. She was also ordered to pay $1297 in restitution and perform 160 hours of community service.
Keyauna Raynele McFarland, 29 of Austin, was sentenced to 3 years deferred adjudication probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance. She was also ordered to pay a $1000 fine and perform 120 hours of community service.
