TWO SENTENCED IN DISTRICT COURT

Two people have been sentenced in the latest session of 21st District Court.
34-year old Bryan Erb of Brenham was sentenced to three years in prison on a charge of Possession of Controlled Substance -- enhanced to a Third Degree Felony.
Erb was also assessed a $50 warrant fee, $180 lab fee.
Also in District Court this week, 35-year old Kyle Matthew Castro of Pflugerville was sentenced to 180 days in jail.
Castro was charged with Driving While Intoxicated with a Child Passenger – A State Jail Felony.
Castro was also ordered to pay a $100 EMS Trauma Fund and $60 lab fee.
