UNITY THEATRE TO PERFORM LITTLE WOMEN

  

Little Women  is premiering at Unity Theatre this week in Brenham.

The Broadway musical is based on the life and novel of Louisa May Alcott, and follows the adventures of sisters Jo, Meg, Beth and Amy March. This timeless, captivating story is filled with personal discovery, heartache, hope, everlasting love, and a lifting of the spirit.

Little Women runs for three weekends at Unity Theatre, previewing on Thursday, December 1st, opening on Friday, December 2nd, and playing through Sunday, December 18th.  Performances are Thursdays at 7:30 pm, Fridays and Saturdays at 8:00 pm, and Sundays at 4:00 pm. Tickets are $30 and they are reserved.

Unity Theatre will be participating in the Brenham Police Department’s Officer Santa Program this year with a Toy Drive.  The program provides toys for impoverished children in the Brenham/Washington County community who might not otherwise receive gifts from their families. Those patrons wishing to donate new, unwrapped toys for children ranging in ages from five to twelve, may bring them to the theatre through Thursday, December 8th, and receive a complimentary item from the concession bar during their attendance to any performance of Little Women.
