UPDATE – CHARLIE PYLE AT COLLEGE STATION MEDICAL CENTER

Charlie Pyle

The family of Brenham City Council Member Charlie Pyle has issued  an updated statement concerning his condition:

“As previously reported, Charlie Pyle was found unconscious at Must Be Heaven, the downtown Brenham restaurant which is owned by him and his wife, Traci, on Friday morning. He was taken to College Station Medical Center where he is receiving treatment for a heart attack caused by a blocked carotid artery. He is in stable condition at this time, and the family is hopeful for a full recovery pending the results of upcoming medical evaluations. Charlie’s family wishes to thank everyone for the overwhelming outpouring of love and support. All of your encouragement and generosity has been immensely appreciated by the family. We are eternally grateful for the two employees of Must Be Heaven, the first responders and medical professionals who are responsible for saving his life. You are our heroes! We ask for everyone’s continued prayers as we navigate the uncertainties that lie ahead. #getwellpieguy”
