VALMONT TAX PHASE IN AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY TO BE DISCUSSED BYCITY COUNCIL
The authorization of a Tax Phase-in agreement between the City of Brenham and Valmont Coating, Inc. will be a topic of discussion at the Brenham City Council meeting on Thursday at 1:00pm.
A two percent mid-year employee pay scale adjustment will also be discussed.
Also, the ordinance that will be submitted to the voters for the proposed changes in the amendments in the City of Brenham Charter being voted on in the May 9th election will be discussed.
The Council will also discuss on a second reading that will allow for the placement of a stop sign at multiple street intersections within the Woodbridge Subdivision.
There will also be a presentation of the First Quarter Report by the Washington County Convention and Visitors Bureau.
The City Council will meet on Thursday at 1:00 on the second floor of City Hall at 200 W Vulcan St.
