VICTIM IN FRIDAY’S FATAL ACCIDENT IDENTIFIED

  

The victim in a one-vehicle fatal accident Friday afternoon on FM 390 in northeastern Washington was been identified.

43 year old Frank Lee Wills, Jr. of Magnolia was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident on FM 390 near Husemann Road.  Wills had been driving a tractor-trailer filled with milk southbound on 390 when it left the road and crashed through a mailbox and fence shortly after 4 p.m. Friday.  Texas Department of Public Safety Sergeant Jimmy Morgan says Wills was found slumped over the wheel and unresponsive.  The initial investigation by the DPS shows they believe Wills suffered a medical emergency and may have died before the truck crashed.
