VOLUNTEERS STILL NEEDED FOR SPEECH AND DEBATE TOURNAMENT

  

Volunteers are needed for a speech and debate tournament in Brenham this week.  

The National Christian Forensics Association is still recruiting community judges for the tournament that will take place through Saturday at the Blinn Campus in Brenham. The tournament is expected to have over 300 homeschooled students from across the state attend.

More than 200 community volunteers are needed for the tournament. Judging each round is a three-hour commitment which includes a 30-minute judge orientation.

Anyone interested can sign up online at NCFCA.org by clicking the “How to Get Involved” tab and then “Judge”. They can then select the “Texas” and “Brenham All-Region” links to choose their volunteer time.
