According to Washington County Sheriff Otto Hanak, at approximately 9:30 pm, on Thursday, Sergeants Mitch Dreyer and Mark Morales attempted to execute two felony arrest warrants at a residence located in the 17000 Sweed Road. Green was ordered to come to the front door, however, he ignored the command and fled out the back door. Sergeant Morales, who was positioned near the rear of the residence, observed Green exit the back door and ordered Green to stop. Instead, Green fled into a heavily dense area behind the residence. After a foot pursuit, Sergeant Morales was able to apprehend Green and place him under arrest. Sergeant Morales suffered cuts and bruises during the arrest.
