WASHINGTON CO. BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB HOSTING SEVERAL SUMMER ACTIVITIES

It’s no secret that during the summer, idle minds will often get kids in trouble.  Parents want to make sure their children are occupied, in order to avoid any antics.

Washington County Boys and Girls Club Director Stephanie Wehring has some ideas to keep kids entertained.

Kids will have to sign up to be a member to participate in the activities, but Wehring says the entrance fees are well worth it.

Wehring wants to give as much back to the community as possible, for everything it’s done for the Boys and Girls Club.

Once parents fill out registration forms and pay the appropriate fees, their kids will be good to go.

To sign up, visit the Boys and Girls Club on 1710 E. Tom Green Street, between Cub Stadium and the Blue Bell Aquatic Center.  Anyone interested can also contact them at 979-277-9383.
