WASHINGTON CO. COMMISSIONERS TO DISCUSS JAIL CONTROL SYSTEM
Bids for a Detention Control System for the Washington County Jail will be opened during Tuesday, August 15th’s meeting of the Washington County Commissioners Court.
The Commissioners are expected to review the bids for a Detention Control System for the jail, and possibly award a contract. Mostly routine items comprise the rest of Tuesday’s agenda. AEP Texas Incorporated is asking for a supplemental easement and right of way agreement on a portion of Washington County school land in Tom Green County. Sheriff Otto Hanak is requesting to extend the allowed carryover for vacation hours for one of his deputies. The remainder of agenda items include monthly reports for various county departments.
Tuesday’s meeting of the Washington County Commissioners Court will be at 9 a.m. at the county courthouse in Brenham.
