19-year old Gamarcus DeWayne Sheppard was arrested after a Motion to Revoke Probation warrant was issued by the district court.

Washington County Sheriff's Investigators Eddie Ocanas and Clay Bosse located Sheppard Thursday at his residence on Allen Rd.

The probation involved two offenses last summer, charging Sheppard with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle.

He is currently being held in the Washington County jail under a “no bond”.

Earlier this month, Sheppard was arrested by the Washington County Sheriff's Office after being charged with Burglary of a Motor Vehicle.

He was released from jail the following day after posting bond.

  1. I’m wondering how he was released from custody after being arrested when he was already on probation?

  2. Such a smart kid that decided to turn to being a criminal! I pray he turns his life around and becomes a productive member of society!

  3. That is the problem with the Criminal Justice System why grant probation to someone that doesn’t have a job and all he knows to do is steal and be lazy! You set them up for failure when you do that if they don’t have a will to change or a want to change then lock them up stop granting probation out like snacks!!!

  4. Hopefully he didn’t break into anyone else’s car in the meantime…. Good job WCSO!!
