WASHINGTON CO. PAIR ARRESTED FOR LEE CO. MURDER

More details have been released arrests made in a Lee Co. murder investigation.
Late last week Burton Police Chief Greg Rolling arrested 26-year old Gabriel Patterson of Burton on a murder charge. Patterson is the second person arrested for the August murder that occurred in Ledbetter.

Also arrested and charged is 22-year old Dontrail Marquilus Smith off Chappell Hill.
Patterson was arrested Friday night as he was leaving the Burton Short Stop. Details of Smith’s arrest have not been made public.
The two are charged in the murder of 43-year old Cedro Blue, at his home in Ledbetter back on August 2nd. Authorities were called to the home in the 4000 block of County Road 127, about five miles north of Highway 290.
Both Patterson and Smith are in custody at the Lee Co. Jail, charged with murder.
Bond on each is set at $500,000.
