WASHINGTON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS TO MEET TO DISCUSS HIRING OF INTERN

  

 The Washington County Commissioners will meet tomorrow to discuss the hiring of an intern for the Sherriff’s Office according to the Washington County Personnel Policy Manual.

Also to be discussed will be the authorization of the County Extension Office to purchase a vehicle

Also on the agenda is the discussion of canvassing the Special Election held on December 6, for election of a state senator to serve out an unexpired term in Senate District Number 18.

The monthly Washington County 911 report will also be presented, as well as the monthly EMS report.

Also to be presented will be the Tax Assessor-Collector Continuing Education Transcript as evidence of compliance with the Texas Property Tax Code.

There will also be a discussion of the Agreement between Washington County HOME Consortium and Brazos Valley Affordable Housing Corporation, regarding the use of CHDO proceeds.

The Washington County Commissioners meet every Tuesday at 9am at the Washington County Courthouse.
