WASHINGTON COUNTY GRAND JURY INDICTS 35
The Washington County 21st Grand Jury met in regular session on Tuesday, March 31st, and released thirty-five indictments. Only the names of those that have been arrested can be released, and are as follows.
Amy Ragston, age 29, of Brenham, was charged with three cases of Driving While Intoxicated with a Child Passenger and two cases Intoxication Assault from January 11, 2015.
Aldonia Johnson, age 48, of Brenham, charged with Forgery and Tampering with Physical Evidence from November 15, 2014.
Revy Ladon Norton, age 21, of Brenham, charged with Tampering with Physical Evidence from December 8, 2014.
Brandon Sereal, age 25, of Houston, charged with Burglary of a Building from December 22, 2014.
Alexus Green, age 19, of Brenham, charged with Tampering with Physical Evidence from March 17, 2015.
Deandre Green, age 30, Washington, Texas, charged with Theft $1,500-$20,000, from December 22, 2014.
Eric Tremain Green, age 32, of Washington, Texas, charged with Burglary of a Building from December 22, 2014.
The following have been arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance:
Charles Everette Black, Jr., age 31 of Austin, charged with three counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver, and one count of Possession of Marijuana, from January 17, 2015.
Ladarriel Maxie, age 29, from Brenham, charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver, from January 14, 2015
Diane Augustine ONeill, age 29, from Chappell Hill, two cases of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, from December 5, 2014, and December 19, 2014.
Joe Willie Cole, age 44 of Brenham
John Davison, age 50, from Brenham
The following have been charged with Driving While Intoxicated, third offense:
Johnie Scurry, age 54, of Brenham
Ryan Krueger, age 26, of Brenham

Brian Chenault, age 43, of Burton, charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, from April 19, 2014.
Nicholas Flores, age 20, from Brenham, charged with Criminal Mischief $1,500-$20,000 from August 22, 2014.
Zane Kwiatkowski, age 17, of Brenham, charged with Criminal Mischief $1,500-$20,000, from August 22, 2014.
Just saying : It would be better to do the right thing by occupying your time constructively and then you would not have time to do things that would get your name in the newspaper. Unless of course it is an award won that merits your name being in the newspaper. Just saying.
I understand with being a small town that your available news for your website is limited, but it is my opinion that you should not post all of these peoples names and situations when they have only been charged and/or indicted. These are all very serious crimes and the community should know about them once they have been convicted. Some of these cases may not be found guilty as charged after they go to trial, yet they are marked in the community as a criminal because you will eventually post the ones that are convicted, but never have I seen a report of someone who has been aquitted after their name was on the list for being charged……..Just Sayin
