The Washington County 21st Grand Jury met on Tuesday, June 30th and released fourteen indictments:

Gregory Britton, age 53, or Brenham, Driving While Intoxicated Third Offense, from April 10, 2015

Timothy Clark, age 46, of Brookshire, Theft $1500-20,000, from March 11, 2015

Travis Odell Cooper, age 22, of Brenham, Forgery, from March 30, 2015

Joseph Cummings, age 22, of Bellville, Theft $1500-$20,000

Toney Curtis, age 35, of Hempstead, Forgery Government Instrument/Money/Securities, from May 27, 2015

Ernest Dever, Jr., age 26, of Brenham, Possession of a Controlled Substance, from March 27, 2015

Nestor Sanchez Gonzales, age 18, of Brenham, Evading Arrest with a Vehicle

Delita Jacobs, age 37, of Missouri City, Possession of a Controlled Substance, from January 9, 2015

Jesniqua Kimble, age 23, of Brenham, Forgery from March 30, 2015

Stephen Maurer, age 34, of Brenham, Driving While Intoxicated with Child passenger, from February 28, 2015

Gorey Ragston, age 26, of Brenham, Accident Involving Injury/Death, from March 3, 2015

Ridge Colby Wessels, age 39, New Ulm, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, from April 8, 2015

Fredrick Lindburgh Wooten, age 51, of Brenham, Theft $1,500-$20,000, from May 9, 2012

Indicted on December 11, 2014

Keoshia Phillips, age 20, of Brenham, Criminal Mischief, $1,500-$20,000, from May 13, 2014
