WASHINGTON COUNTY GRAND JURY RELEASES THIRTY INDICTMENTS

  

The Washington County Grand Jury met in regular session on Tuesday, September 29, and released thirty indictments. The following are those who have been arrested.

Anthony Adcock, age 24, of Brenham, charged with Assault Family Member Impeded Breath from September 6, 2015.

Leonard Ray Basey, Jr. age 28, of Brenham, charged with Violation of a Protective Order with Two Previous Convictions from July 2, 2015.

Michael Kelly Burke, Jr, age 31, of Santa Fe, Texas, charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver from July 9, 2015

Dave Wesley Crawford, age 55, of Brenham, charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon from June 29, 2015.

Barbara Ann Davis, age 44, of Washington, Texas, charged with Theft under $1,500 with Two Previous Convictions from August 25, 2015.

Antonio Dorsey, age 23 of Brenham, charged with Aggravated Assault Causing Serious Bodily Injury, from July 8, 2015.

Devon Frederick-Cross, age 18, from Navasota, charged with Murder and Evading Arrest/Detention Causing Death, from July 22, 2015.

Dwayne Lee Grant, age 26, from Brenham, charged with Assault Family Violence/ Impeding Breath, from July 25, 2015.

Warden James Jackson, Jr., age 26, of Brenham, charged with Aggravated Robbery, from May 22, 2015.

Billy Joe Jordan, Jr. age 57, of Chappell Hill, charged with Theft Under $1,500 with 2 Previous Convictions, from August 25, 2015.

Eduardo Prado Martinez, age 36, of Brenham, charged with Driving While Intoxicated Third Offense, from July 3, 2015.

Christopher Reyes, age 51, of Brenham, Possession of Child Pornography-three counts, from May 14, 2015

Landre Sanders, age 20, of Houston, charged with Evading Arrest/Detention Using Vehicles, from June 6, 2015.

Manpal Singh, age 24, of Sacramento, California, Possession of Child Pornography, from February 15, 2014.

Corey Thomas, age 27, of Brenham, charged with Continuous Family Violence from May 17, 2015.

Mikyla Dawn Varvel, age 22, of Brenham, charged with Abandonment/Endangering of a Child, from July 10, 2015.

Stacy Lee Dowthitt, age 42, of Brenham, charged with Delivery of a Controlled Substance from June 22, 2013.
