WASHINGTON COUNTY RELAY FOR LIFE THIS SATURDAY

  

The Washington County Relay for Life will take place this Saturday in Brenham.

The relay will be held at the Washington County Fairgrounds from 6 p.m. until midnight. So far, fifteen teams and seventy-three participants have raised nearly $52,000.

Community Manager, Beth Anne Rhyne, says there’s a lot for people to look forward to during the event:

Rhyne says all funds raised from the event will go to the American Cancer Society to help with the fight against cancer.

Anyone wishing to sign up for the event can go to the Relay for Life website, at relay.acsevents.org. KTEX's Trail Boss Troy and Holly Ryder will be there in the Friendly County Cruiser.
